About Us
The idea for our Local Game Store (LGS) was born out of a simple yet powerful desire: to create a haven for gamers in our community who found other stores too far away to be viable. As passionate gamers ourselves, we knew the frustration of having to travel long distances just to enjoy our favorite hobby. We wanted to bring the joy of tabletop gaming, trading cards, and role-playing adventures closer to home. By opening our store, we aimed to provide a convenient and welcoming space where local gamers could gather, play, and connect without the hassle of a long commute. Our journey began with a love for the game and a commitment to building a community-first game store that truly feels like a home close to home.
Sweet little nerd shop! There are tons of cool and unique stuff to buy. Unique 3D printed items. Members perks. It's such a cool & welcoming vibe. Great place to just come hang with some fellow nerds. Oh yeah, and it's a pokemon stop, so sit awhile and collect while you shop. It's definitely worth the stop! #shoplocal
The Silver Sage’s sanctuary is quite literally the best thing to happen to Sturgis since sliced bread and electricity. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for both newcomers and seasoned collectors. With its fresh and inviting atmosphere, this shop is poised to become a go-to destination in the community.
Glad to finally have a local card shop. The owner is nice and always is willing to go out of his way to help the customers.
